Training for The Overnight is essential, and it’s much easier and more enjoyable if we do it together. We all know how hard it is to get that first step going. Now imagine going out there with a big, supportive group to train with – much better, isn’t it?
Becoming a Training Walk Leader
We need Training Walk Leaders in all areas to plan and organize walks. No experience necessary! You just need to be able to walk and plan a simple route of any distance, collect waivers and help enforce the rules. We’ll help you come up with a plan to reach out to your fellow Overnight walkers. You can even invite your friends, family and donors to come out and walk with you. The Overnight is not just one night – the sooner you start to build the community, the better experience you’ll have.
To become a training walk leader, whether it's for a single training walk or a series of several, Call 888-843-6837 or email meghan.fallon@theovernight.org. You can also complete our Training Walk Leader form to submit your Training Walk Form online and we will have it posted on the website within 48 hours.
