Our volunteer-led training walks are scheduled throughout the season in locations all across the country. Walkers of all fitness levels are welcome, and they are a great way for walkers to get in shape and meet new friends.
Every week we will email you a weekly training schedule, advice, and exercises to try.
Training Walks are led by fellow Overnight walkers. If you have any questions about a particular walk, please reach out to the Training Walk Leader hosting the walk. To start your own training walk, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
